What is Agave Cartel?
Agave Cartel started as an informal tasting group after my first trip to Mexico in 2007. I really just wanted to share my passion, knowledge and love of agave spirits with everyone here in Australia. Over the years, and subsequent trips back to Mexico searching out new producing regions, it has grown into consultancy, brand development and education, and now I’m lucky enough to jumping into importing and distributing some of my favourite Mezcals in the world, and I’m so excited to finally have them here in Australia. I’m looking forward to sharing a copita in all your bars soon! Dixebee!!
